SMART HOUSING FOUNDATION, city agencies, and housing experts, as well as leading developers, community-based organizations, and residents, have come together to undertake this visionary effort to build affordable housing in California for low to moderate income families and individuals. Leading the SMART HOUSING INITIATIVE effort is the TABERNACLE, Community Development Corporation, GJ HOLDING, URBAN MISSIONS  along with a collaborative of Churches, Non Profits and Corporate Partners.
