In addition, here are the list of documents that I will need so I can begin your prequalification process. Please gather the following whichever is applicable: 1.)2 most recent paystubs covering 1 month of pay. If you are paid weekly, please provide me with 4 paystubs. 2.) 2 most recent Federal tax returns with all schedules. I will need 2017 and 2016. If you file corporate returns, please provide me with your 2 most recent years of returns plus 2 years of your K1s. 3.) 2 most recent W2s and or 1099s--2017 and 2016 whichever applies. 4.) 2 most recent bank statements covering 2 months with all pages even if the last page is blank. 5.) Please provide me with your most recent quarterly statements on any of your retirement/stock/bond accounts with all pages. If you received them monthly please provide 2 months with all pages.
